Coastal Beach Track Wandering

Each monoprint transfer is a unique artwork, created by applying underglaze to paper and then transferring it onto clay, ensuring no two pieces are alike.

Underglaze monoprints possess a unique quality, reminiscent of weathered, peeling paint that reveals layers of history, or beautifully worn material that tells its story.

Some dishes feature glaze on the outside, while others are left as raw clay. All unglazed surfaces are treated with food- and dishwasher-safe Liquid Quartz (see more info here: link) 

Care Instructions

All unglazed surfaces are treated with Australian-designed Liquid Quartz. The treatment is food—and dishwasher-safe; however, I recommend handwashing, as some discolouration may occur in the dishwasher.

Any natural material can be washed. Wash with slightly soapy water. Most importantly, let it dry completely. Store items in a dry environment.

    I hand-build or slip-cast my ceramic pieces. Slip-casts are made from moulds that I have hand-built, so they are unique to my method of making.

    Each piece, whether solo or in a set, is unique and intricately crafted. Imperfections add character, reflecting the maker's artistry. Only high-quality work is sold.

  • Quality Materials

    Woven additions are made from local materials or hand-dyed raffia, with natural differences in appearance. I only use materials last longer and resist mildew or insects. Check the item description for the material used. Natural fibres are strong and durable with proper care.
