Refund policy
I take care in packaging my work for you, but accidents happen.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact me at Justinewellmanart@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos of damage and packaging must be included to obtain a refund. Shipping/Postage will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, claims for damage made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted due to insurance expiry times.
As each piece is an individual, it is almost impossible to offer a like-for-like replacement. However, we can discuss a replacement of something similar. Just contact me, and we can have a friendly chat about it. Any work offered as a replacement does not include postage.
I do not offer refunds for change of mind.
